Now a fulltime editor, Andy Scheer has worked in publishing for some forty years, serving as editor-in-chief for the Christian Writers Guild and editorial director for Believers Press. He’s been an agent with Hartline Literary and managing editor for Moody magazine. Since January 2018, he’s produced The Restorer magazine for the Model A Ford Club of America.
Andy has edited fiction and nonfiction for clients including New York Times bestselling authors Dirk Cussler and Jerry B. Jenkins, as well as such notable writers as C. McNair Wilson, DiAnn Mills, Heather Day Gilbert, and Sammy Tippit. A journalism graduate of Colorado State University, he also studied at Denver Seminary.
He and his wife live in Colorado Springs. His hobbies include photography, antique autos, and calling old-fashioned square dances.
